The new and advanced way of gaining both knowledge and experience in the College of Media and Communications at the American University in the Emirates that will start changing lives of generation Z. Experience in today’s workplace is a necessity for any graduate who is looking for a job. AUE has exquisite ways and methods that allow undergraduate students to truly get a glimpse through experiencing what it is like working in the media field. With such a concept, they initiated different methodologies such as gaining experience by doing an internship in their field of choice that gives them an insight of whether or not this will interest them. In addition, the university's aim is to graduate experienced students hence why working on an abundance of projects and hands on material can truly guarantee all Media and Communication students a prepared mind-set and skills for their future jobs after graduating.
Gaining experience and knowledge prior to graduating is crucial for a Media student’s future career, hence it determines their abilities and skill that is acquired by all the Media Industries. AUE’s Media and Communication Program lays its focus on project based material rather than memorizing and doing hand written exams. The university allows the student to create great communications before graduating by giving the initiative of interning with great media companies that will bring many benefits to those students. In addition, AUE hosts multiple events that are partnered with well known media companies which enables connections between them and the students, allowing them to seek a future with such companies.
AUE gives an unconditional amount of attention to those who seek a greater future by providing them with everything needed to be a professionally skilled bachelor who is set to start working in the Media and Communication industry.
